Atomic Notify

Changelog

New features, improvements, and fixes. Updated as we ship.

New Feature

Monitor pages behind a login

Watch pages that require authentication. Paste a session cookie from your browser and Atomic Notify sends it with every check, so you can monitor dashboards, customer portals, or any page that sits behind a login screen.

  • · Session cookie field: copy the Cookie header from DevTools and paste it in
  • · Custom request headers for Bearer tokens, API keys, or any other auth scheme
  • · Applied to both content checks and screenshots
  • · Available on all monitors via the create or edit screen
Improvement

Dedicated create and edit pages

Monitor setup now has its own full page rather than a cramped modal. All options are visible at once: type, URL, interval, region, CSS selector, keyword alerts, authentication, and group. No scrolling inside a popup.

New Feature

Monitor groups

Organise your monitors into groups. One card per company, project, or target. The group card shows aggregate status at a glance and expands to show every monitor inside. Collapse state is remembered between sessions.

  • · Create groups from the dashboard with a single click
  • · Assign monitors to a group on create or from the edit screen
  • · Rename or delete groups without affecting their monitors
New Feature

RSS & feed monitoring

Watch any RSS or Atom feed alongside your uptime monitors. Get alerted the moment a competitor publishes a new post, a YouTube channel uploads, or a blog goes live. No social media API required.

  • · Works with any standard RSS or Atom feed
  • · YouTube channels, subreddits, Substack, Medium, GitHub releases, and more
  • · Email alert lists all new items. No noise on first run.
  • · Group feed monitors with website monitors for a full company view
New Feature

Review & annotate changes

Mark any detected content change as reviewed and leave an optional note explaining what happened. Your colleagues can see at a glance which changes have been looked at and what the context was.

  • · One-click mark as reviewed, with optional note (e.g. "Q2 pricing update")
  • · Reviewed changes are visually distinct, keeping the feed clean
  • · Available on all plans including starter
New Feature

Compare any two snapshots

Select any two content snapshots and view a word-level diff side by side. Not just consecutive changes. Pick one from three months ago and one from today and see exactly what moved.

  • · Tick any two changes from the list and the compare bar appears
  • · Word-level highlighting: additions in green, removals in red
  • · Fullscreen mode for deep dives
  • · Selection remembered across paginated history pages
Improvement

Full change history with date filtering

The content changes view now shows your entire history, not just the last 20 entries. Filter by date range, paginate through results, and search back as far as you need.

  • · 50 changes per page with previous/next navigation
  • · Filter by from/to date
  • · Starter plan users can view history and leave notes
New Feature

AI-powered content change summaries

When a page changes, Atomic Notify uses AI to summarise what actually changed in plain English. Not just "something changed" but what and where. Pricing updated, a product was removed, copy was rewritten. Available on paid plans and during trial.

New Feature

Keyword alerts

Set keywords per monitor and only receive alerts when those words appear or disappear from the page. Skip the noise and get notified only when "out of stock", "discontinued", or a competitor's name shows up.

Improvement

Digest emails

Rather than an alert for every change, opt in to a daily, weekly, or monthly digest. Covers both uptime incidents and content changes, delivered on your schedule.
